  • Yes! Work with our Applied Research team to implement your specific use cases in Brand Studio, such as localization or refreshing your brand asset library. You can reach out to our team here, or learn more about our custom Solutions here.

  • Every time you generate or edit an image, you will use credits. Different operations require different levels of compute resources, so there is variation in the number of credits used.

  • You can purchase additional credit packs at any time without changing your plan. Credits are refreshed at the start of each billing cycle, and any unused credits do not roll over.

  • Our team evaluates and curates the best available media generation models from Stability AI and third-party providers, selected for their enterprise readiness and best fit for creative use cases. You can log into Brand Studio to see which models are currently available, including Stable Diffusion, Nano Banana, Seedream and more.

    We also offer Brand ID Models, which are custom models trained for your specific needs (see below).

  • Brand ID Models are custom models that have been trained on your brand identity, including everything from photography style and aesthetic, to specific product SKUs. These can be created either with the help of our Applied Research team, or using our self-service tool inside Brand Studio. Contact our team if you are interested in this Enterprise Tier capability.

  • Campaigns are a defined set of guidelines for a specific campaign requirement – such as a regional market, an audience segment, or a seasonal aesthetic – that shows up as a selectable option when prompting.

    Teams can easily add their own Campaigns by creating folders with reference images. Or additionally, Campaigns can be fully custom pre-built workflows (a combination of models and tools), developed with our team as a bespoke solution.

  • We have flexible deployment options, including API access for teams looking to integrate our creative production tools into their existing workflows and systems, as well as self-hosting. Learn more here.
