How can I cancel my subscription?

Note: Once your subscription is cancelled, it is still available until the end of your billing period. If you change your mind, you can renew your subscription after the current billing period.  

For Dream Studio:

  1. Log in to your Dream Studio account.

  2. Select your avatar in the top right corner.  

  3. Select “Plans & Credits”.

  4. Select “Cancel Subscription”.

  5. Select “Confirm Cancellation”.

  6. You have successfully cancelled your subscription.

For Stable Audio:  

  1. Log in to your Stable Audio account.

    • Select your avatar in the top right corner. 

    • Select “Manage your subscription" to take you to the “Pricing” page.

    • If you have an active subscription, you will see an indicator in the pricing tier.

  2. Select “Cancel subscription”.

  3. Review your subscription details and select “Agree and cancel”.

  4. You have successfully cancelled your subscription.

For Stable Assistant:

  1. Log in to your Stable Assistant account.

  2. Select your avatar in the top right corner. 

  3. Select “Manage Subscription”.

  4. You will be redirected to cancel your subscription through Stripe.

  5. Select “Cancel Subscription”.

  6. Confirm the cancellation of your subscription by selecting “Cancel subscription”.

Note: Stable Artisan users are directed to Assistant for managing their subscriptions.

For Stable Artisan:

  1. Log in to https://assistant.stability.ai/ (Stable Assistant account) with your Discord account.

  2. Select your avatar in the top right corner. 

  3. Select “Manage Subscription”.

  4. Select “Cancel”.

  5. Select “Confirm”.

Can I opt out of the use of my inputs and outputs for training Stability AI’s models?  

Yes, you can opt out by taking the following steps:  

For Dream Studio:

  1. Log in and select your avatar in the top right corner.  

  2. In the drop down, select the account “Settings”  (https://dreamstudio.stability.ai/account-settings).

  3. View the right column with the heading, “User Preferences.”  

  4. Under that heading, view the “Training: Improve the Model for Everyone” and toggle to “Off.”  

For Platform API:

  1. Log in and select your avatar in the top right corner.  

  2. Navigate to https://platform.stability.ai/account/overview.

  3. View the toggle “Training: Improve the Model for Everyone” and toggle to “No.” 

  4. For Stable Assistant, please go to: Profile, then Settings, and then use the toggle for “Disable History and Training.”

For Stable Audio:

Your uploaded audio is only used during your interactions with Stable Audio without becoming part of the model's training data. However, note that the generated audio resulting from your interactions (not your uploaded audio) may be used to improve and train the model.

To opt-out of having your outputs used for training Stable Audio:

  1. Log in to StableAudio.com, click on your avatar in the top right or go to your account page here.

  2. View the toggle “Training: Improve the Model for Everyone” and toggle to “No.” 

What third-party models or APIs does Stability AI’s services incorporate?  

Our Services may incorporate third-party models or APIs, which may change from time to time.  For example, we currently incorporate select OpenAI services into our services.  By using our services, you agree to comply with OpenAI’s terms, including to not use outputs to develop any AI models that compete with their products and services.  

How can I unsubscribe from marketing communications? 

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications by hitting the “unsubscribe” button on the footer of our emails.

What is “AI Enhance Prompt” feature and what third party models does that feature use?

If you elect to use the “AI Enhance Prompt” feature, your inputs will automatically be enhanced using OpenRouter. OpenRouter will submit your prompts to Mistral AI or DeepInfra for enhancement, before returning that enhanced prompt to Stability AI to generate the corresponding output.  OpenRouter is not permitted to store or retain your original or enhanced prompts.  If OpenRouter enhances your prompt via Mistral AI’s API, Mistral AI has the right to retain your original and enhanced prompts for only 30 days. If OpenRouter enhances your prompt via DeepInfra’s API, DeepInfra is not permitted to store or retain your original or enhanced prompts. For clarity, neither OpenRouter, Mistral AI, or DeepInfra are permitted to use your original or enhanced prompts to train or modify any artificial intelligence model, as described here.  

What is the Beta Services Marketplace?

The Services Marketplace is a beta service that collects information from:

1. Enterprise users who are seeking AI consultant services.

2. Consultants who are seeking work in the AI space (e.g., fine-tuners). 

If you decide you no longer want to participate in this beta service, you can seek deletion of your information by emailing legal@stability.ai.  If we do not launch the alpha version of this service, we will delete the collected information.
